FAQ’s

In some circumstances, products such as t-shirts, hoodies & small sticker runs can be printed and collected the same day if required.

Although it is dependent on workload and available stock, we will always try and help when we can.

Vinyl printing is the longest lasting print method. We don’t mess around with cheep print materials, meaning our high quality vinyl will last for years with the proper care.

DTG Printing can vary from garment to garment. DTG prints on 100% cotton t-shirts will last years with the proper care. Hoodies and products with polyester blends can start to crack and fade after 20-30 washes.

We always recommend washing all products at 30°c and avoid tumble drying when possible not only for the sake of your garments but also the environment!

Sometimes you may need something printed onto a product that we are unable to offer. For example a name and number on your favourite football t-shirt or a logo on your favourite hoodie. This isn’t a problem at all!

We would always recommend using our garments for printing where applicable. Not only because this is usually more cost effective for you, but also our insurance does not cover any loss or damage to customer supplied items (see “Customer Supplied Garments” under “T&C’s”).

Dispatch times can vary during busy periods. Although we aim to get items dispatched sooner, we do specify that dispatch can take up to business 7 days.

Due to the nature of different designs and print processes, some designs take longer to print than others. For example, full colour prints will usually take longer to print and dispatch than a single colour print.

Shipping is sent via Royal Mail and is usually delivered within 2 working days from dispatch notification.

Custom printed clothing and print media can only be returned if there is a fault with the product. This may not apply to issues with slight variations in colours of both prints and garments. For more information see “Garment & Printing Colours” under “T&C’s”.

Spelling errors or incorrectly printed information is the responsibility of you, the customer.

All custom printed products are sent for proof before printing and it is your responsibility to check all relevant details.
